AT CITY REACH NETWORK, it is our firm belief that the sanctuary of God is not confined by four brick walls. God's sanctuary extends beyond those walls made by man. His temple is also in the back streets and the alley ways of our nation. It's here, in these dark corners of our world, that our brothers and sisters have succumbed to a life of sin and addiction. It is here that they are set adrift by circumstances and their sin fueled by hopelessness.
