City Reach Network Reading Pa.

Reading Pa. sits in a valley among rolling green hills. It also has one of the highest crimes rates of any city its size. A person is more likely to be a victim of crime in Reading than in some metropolitan area.

City Reach Network reached into this den of drug use, unchecked despair and hopelessness and set up a Church and a men's recovery and Christian discipleship home.

Under Pastor Angelo Sarana's leadership, the church is brimming with people. During Easter service alone, over 500 people attended service. The men's recovery home is thriving. It's full and the first graduation of the nine month program will take place in less than two months.

Reading is a tough town, however, it's a town waiting and praying for a change and that change is coming. God will bless Reading and will continue to bless the city. With that Blessing written across our hearts, City Reach will continue to win souls for the Lord..
